COVID-19Trial Extension Policy
We know these are stressful and challenging times for individuals and schools alike. In response to this, we have created a trial extension policy that extends trials for schools affected by COVID-19 school closures.
As of Monday October 4th 2021, we have been conditionally extending trials for 2 months at a time, given that the school is in a state or territory[1] with school closures[2] due to COVID-19 within 1 month of the trial end date. If the above conditions are not met, trials will run their natural course without extension.
